In 2007 Delaware Consulting and MCS concluded a cooperation agreement. Both organizations offer "FAST-Facility"®, an integrated software package in the Real Estate and Facility market. Business Objects (SAP)
Business Objects is specialized in business intelligence. In 2008 Business Objects was acquired by SAP, making it a part of the SAP corporation. The SAP BusinessObjects product suite offers a broad portfolio of tools and applications designed to optimize business performance.
The reporting software of Business Objects became the heart of myMCS Flexible Reporting, through which many customers gained insight in their processes and organization. myMCS Flexible Reporting is the finishing touch to every myMCS implementation. After all, recording data is important, but analyzing this data in the form of summarized management information is more important.
Moreover MCS offers a 2nd module, myMCS Dashboards, that is complementary to myMCS Flexible Reporting. Dashboards allow you to visualize by means of a very simple user interface the behaviour of KPIs (key performance indicators) during a certain period. With a KPI you measure e.g. the occupancy rate of a meeting room or the 'time to solve' of helpdesk calls. The graphic representation is highly advanced and user-friendly. Think of barometers, traffic lights, a complete set of diagrams, etc.

Polyvision (Steelcase)
PolyVision is the global market leader in innovative visual communication resources and a part of the Steelcase Design Partnership. The company develops both traditional whiteboards and sophisticated interactive whiteboards and other technological products such as the RoomWizard. This is a small monitor attached next to the entrance of each meeting room, displaying room booking info.
MCS offers a connection between myMCS (Web) Reservations and the RoomWizard. As soon as a reservation is made in the MCS system, this will be visible on the RoomWizard. When you are located next to the doorway of a meeting room, you are able to read whether the room is in use, when the next booking will take place, who is the responsible of the booking, etc. The shown information is always up-to-date, even when afterwards the reservation was modified.
