The French site in Dunkirk is also part of Flat Steel Europe and has a yearly production of 12 mill. tons. Its properties include industrial as well as office and residential buildings. France is an important market for MCS, so we are pleased that Arcelor Mittal realizes an additional extension.

Because of the wish for space usage optimization and organizational changes Arcelor Mittal is looking for support in getting insight in its m²-usage. MCS will be responsible for entering space data and floor maps in myMCS Space Management. This allows the Arcelor management to have insight in the optimization opportunities of space usage per department.

Thanks to interactive simulations in myMCS Move Scenarios several propositions can be made that can be executed after approval. The unique MCS drawing technology offers through myMCS Space Management and myMCS Move Scenarios the solution to tackle the complex projects faced by contemporary real estate and facilities departments.

Arcelor Mittal Dunkerque wishes to promote cooperation between the supporting services. Therefore myMCS HelpDesk and myMCS Web WorkOrders will be deployed to create a central servicedesk and to streamline communication.

In order to realize synergy between the facilities and real estate worlds a real estate employee will join the implementation. The collected data will be utilized to a maximum extent starting from one central solution.
