Thanks to continual innovation and pioneering technology, we are an important partner for a great variety of companies and service-providers.
Internationalization and partnerships
Siemens
More than a decade ago Siemens Belgium and Luxembourg decided to adopt myMCS in order to omtimise their real estate portfolio. Its succes inspired Siemens HQ in Germany to select myMCS too for its worldwide real estate management.
At this moment myMCS Space management, myMCS Contract Management and myMCS Financials, including an interface to SAP, have been implemented in 28 countries, including France, the UK, Brazil, India, Finland, Switzerland, China, .... It means no less than 11,4 million m² are managed with myMCS, upgrading to almost 30 million m² in the near future.
ISS
ISS is one of the world's largest Facility Services Groups. This Danish company has operations in more than 50 countries around the world, providing integrated solutions in the areas of Facility Management, Cleaning, Property Services, Catering, Support services and Security.
ISS selected myMCS as their FMIS. The software is also used for ISS customers, meaning myMCS is deployed in many countries, such as Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria and Spain.
Delaware Consulting
Delaware Consulting, SAP’s largest partner in Belgium, and MCS offer "FAST-Facility", an integrated software package in the Real Estate and Facility market. It consists of the SAP software, extended with specific myMCS modules.
Thanks to FAST-Facility the experience and knowledge of both companies will be combined in a powerful, comprehensive solution, that includes management of infrastructure, enterprise and corporate services.
Currently Delaware Consulting has offices in Belgium, China, the US, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France.
